By accessing or using XPOIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Description of Service
XPOIQ is a discovery platform for commercial financial-industry events — conferences, summits, webinars, and similar. We aggregate publicly available event listings and let registered firms publish their own. XPOIQ is not the organizer of the events listed and is not a party to any registration or ticket purchase.
3. Account Registration
Some features — marking events as Interested, or publishing listings as a firm — require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false or misleading event listings, attempting to access another user's account, or interfering with the normal operation of the service.
5. Third-Party Events & Listings
Event details (dates, prices, venues, registration links) are sourced from third-party organizers or submitted by firms using the platform. We make a reasonable effort to keep listings accurate but can't guarantee they're complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm details on the organizer's own registration page before booking. Any dispute about a specific event — cancellations, refunds, accuracy — is between you and that event's organizer.
6. Intellectual Property
The XPOIQ name, logo, and site design are our property. Event listings remain the property of their respective organizers or submitting firms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
XPOIQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy or completeness of event listings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XPOIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your attendance at, registration for, or dealings with any listed event.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any account that violates these terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above.
